Anyone who knows me knows I am a creature of habit. And this creature does not like cooking, but loves sleep. So naturally my breakfast on every week day and most weekend mornings consists of one of these super quick and simple breakfast options. If you haven’t tried them before, I would highly suggest doing so!
- Banana and crunchy peanut butter – Full of potassium, manganese, protein, vitamins B-6 and C, this breakfast will keep you full for a long time. To be honest I would eat bananas for every meal of the day if I could.
- Strawberries and Nutella – So nutella isn’t great for you but it’s better than chocolate! And a little doesn’t hurt anyone. Unless you’re allergic to hazelnuts in which case I would test this out. Nevertheless, strawberries are full of Vitamin C and manganase and just taste really good. Never have I ever met someone who doesn’t love strawberries, am I right?
- Yogurt and Granola – This might seem obvious BUT this breakfast all depends on the types of yogurt and granola that you use. I like a nuttier granola with greek yogurt that still has some sweetness which usually comes from the addition of fruit or honey. My top picks right now are Bare Naked Fruit and Nut granola and Fage Greek yogurt with the side cup of fruit (peach is my favorite :))
