Signature Blueberry Crumble

If there’s one thing I know how to make and people actually come to me asking me to make it for them, it’s my blueberry crisp. So after making it for my family once again for Christmas this year, I thought I’d share it with you.


  • 4 cups blueberries
  • Lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup flour

1. Spread blueberries on a greasy baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice 
2. Combine all dry ingredients and butter in a bowl and mix with a fork or more likely, your hands

3. In drip sandcastle style, squeeze some of your crumb mixture in a fist then sprinkle over your blueberries

4. Bake in a 375 degree Fahrenheit oven for 30 minutes or until crumble starts to brown
