Top Five Places I’d Love to Visit

Images from Tripadvisor

Growing up I was very much a home body. I didn’t really like going to places I didn’t know and was scared of being in cities due to a fear of getting lost. And as of about six years ago, I have had a serious fear of flying. So in culmination, travelling was never at the top of my to-do list. That was up until recently when I went to Italy with my family and absolutely fell in love. The flights were not as terrible as I thought they were going to be and now that I’ve lived in a city for a couple of years, I’m not worried about getting lost or finding my way around nearly as much. And as of recently more and more people have been asking me where I would like to travel and the following 5 places always make my list. Here are the places I hope to visit in the future (hopefully sooner rather than later)

Ireland – The scenery here looks absolutely gorgeous and I would love to visit another country where I can still converse with the locals. The pub scene doesn’t sound too bad either.

Italy – I would love to go back to Italy and revisit the places I went last time but with the knowledge I have from the first visit. If and when I go back I would love to see some new cities as well as the Amalfi Coast.

Bali – Two of my best friends from college have visited Bali and loved it. If I was looking for a vacation to relax, this is where I would go.

New Zealand – If you’ve seen Lord of the Rings you may understand why I want to go here. The fact that you can be at the beach one hour and at the top of a snow covered mountain the next seems so amazing and otherworldly too me.

London/Brighton – I have seen so much of London and Brighton through YouTube videos and I would love the chance to explore these cities in person. If I were to move abroad at any point, I think these cities would be top contenders.

Great list! I haven’t yet been to Bali, but I would definitely love it. All of Italy is so incredible – it’s so hard to choose. Have you been to Lake Como?

It’s so beautiful! And also gives you a great opportunity to pop over to Southern Switzerland for a day trip!
