Over the past few weeks or so I’ve been switching up my workout routine. Before the switch I was doing Pure Barre on Mondays and Thursdays and running Wednesdays and Sundays. But after about 2 and a half years of this regimen, I was getting a little antsy and wanted to try some new things. So after a few small changes, here’s what my routine currently looks like!
Monday – 1 hour 7 vs. 7 coed soccer game with a BSSC team that I joined in the Spring through a friend. We play at 7,8,9 or 10 (when I’m already a zombie).
Tuesday – In the past I’ve always taken Tuesdays off due to meeting with friends or my GRE tutor. Now I try to fit in an hour long 7pm Spin class at Turnstyle when I don’t have other plans.
Wednesday – 3-5 mile run with my friend followed by a trip to Whole Foods to grab dinner and watching Jeopardy!
Thursday – 5:30pm Pure Barre class for one hour.
Friday – Off
Saturday – Off
Sunday – Long run on my own or with a friend followed by brunch.
