I said this to my mom earlier today but I feel like Summer was just here and now we’re in December? Where has Fall gone?! With the temperature dropping from 60 to 40 so quickly I feel like we’re getting a little ripped off in the Autumn department. But no matter, I still had my November favorites to cheer me up this month. Enjoy!
Nars Audacious Lipstick in Audrey – This is the perfect Fall and Spring color for me. It’s a deepish plum/cranberry (very fruity apparently) color and the formula is super creamy with a satiny finish that the longer you wear it, the less you feel it on your lips. And that’s not to say it goes away, it definitely stays on there! I honestly find myself looking in the mirror all the time when I wear this lipstick cause it feels like I’m not wearing anything and am always pleasantly surprised when I find it’s right where it’s supposed to be 🙂
Nars Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturizer in Groenland– It’s no secret I have dry spots on my face, specifically the tops of my cheekbones, and I have found that putting some of this tinted moisturizer on those spots followed by powdering combats this dryness perfectly. And because my skin is being moisturized even more than usual (I usually don’t wear anything on my skin), my dry patches are actually feeling a lot smoother! Double win.
Aldo Nocien Boots – I admit it took me about a week to decide if I was going to keep these bad boys but after going out in them and receiving numerous compliments, I am no longer self conscious about wearing them and am actually really looking forward to wearing them more during the cold months. They are super comfortable, super tall, super chic and so much fun.
Nars Duo Eyeshadow in Isolde – Yes, this was in my favorites last month too but it is STILL a favorite this month. The colors are perfect for Fall and can be styled up or down for day and night looks.
Crocheting – So far this month I have finished a hat, started a headband, made another hat and am currently working on my first pair of mittens. I’m a lean, mean, crocheting machine, what can I say?
Starbucks Soy Latte – I really don’t know why I haven’t gotten these at Starbucks before considering this is what I order at nearly every other coffee shop I’ve been in, but I did this month and I think I have found my new go-to drink there (besides the obvious Toasted Graham Latte which seasonal and has been taken away from me till next Fall… Also it’s still Fall so what gives Starbucks?).
