So technically I did not buy all of these things in one go but I did buy them all within the last week so that counts right? Now that it actually feels like Fall I needed to purchase a couple things to really bring on the change of the seasons so here they are!
Essie Sand Tropez: I picked this one up on Wednesday after realizing that I was missing a nude in my collection and I’d heard a lot of good things about this one. I can best describe the color as a cool toned, light to medium beige. Unfortunately I have yellow undertones so it looks a little strange but I still like it.
Coach Studio Legacy Backpack (I’m sorry I couldn’t find anywhere that actually sold this!): First Second Time Around purchase! I was pulled into the store by a friend is a dedicated shopper of theirs and within 5 seconds of stepping into the store I had spotted this bad boy and decided I needed it on the spot. I had been looking at Longchamp backpacks for a while but didn’t like the lack of pockets it had but this one is plenty roomy and has three pockets for storage so it was a match made in heaven.
Maybelline Color Tattoo Eyeshadow: I didn’t actually purchase this for me but rather for a friend that I was roped into doing Halloween makeup for. I plan on following Lex’ makeup tutorial for Psycho from Borderlands and not wanting to travel to the MAC store for shadow, I opted for this long lasting, gorgeous blue substitute for the eyes.
Mom & Dad What I Love About You Books: I spotted these when I was in Paper Source picking up a birthday card for a friend and just thought they were really sweet! It’s basically a tiny book where on each page is a sentence that you have to fill in pertaining to your mom or dad. For example: I appreciate when my mom _______. I’m gonna fill them out and give them to my parents for Christmas.
Candles: I finally picked up Fall candles! Ok technically one is “Winter” but whatever. Silver Birch smells like a mixture of woods, pine, and fineee smelling man. And Winter Glow smells like a foresty mix of trees and clean linen. Does that make sense? Let me know if you’d like me to go more in depth with these in another post!
Hope you enjoyed and have a fabulous weekend!
