I have never been and will never be one of those people who can order an appetizer for the table and have just one or two bites to save room for my meal. I go to town and the majority of the time do not have room in my stomach for my actual main course. But what can I say? I’m an appetizer addict. Here are some recipes I would love to try out on my own (and inevitably end up eating for my main meal).
Prosciutto Asparagus Spirals – This appetizer has “Prosciutto” in the title. Need I say more?
Crab Tostadas – I don’t think I’ve ever tried something with crab that I have not liked (crab cakes, crab dip, stuffed crab..) so this seems like a safe bet.
Goat Cheese Trio – Not sure this even classifies as a recipe but I feel the same way about goat cheese as I do with prosciutto. This is super super easy to throw together and it still looks fancy!
Blue Cheese and Walnut Spread – Obviously you’d have to like blue cheese and walnuts to like this spread but since I can check both of those boxes I think this would make a really creative and tasty dip
Red Pepper Dip – I’m not a huge hummus person so this dip looked like a nice alternative to the usual pita and hummus combo. And I love red peppers in just about anything I eat so there’s that too.
